Family & Children First Council
~ Coordination of Services for Vulnerable Youth & Their Families ~
Family & Children First Council (FCFC) is a program housed at Our Home Family Resource Center. Our purpose is to deliver services to Mercer County children and their families in a way that is simple and organized.
Families are the center of our work and are active participants in the planning and decision-making process. This provides for a personalized approach to building a unique treatment plan that is based on a foundation of the individual family’s strengths.
Family & Children First (FCFC) believes that effective coordination of services includes delivery of high quality services; reducing and eliminating duplicative efforts among agencies and barriers to collaboration; integration of community and family supports; and a full utilization of funding resources.
The work of Family & Children First Council (FCFC) is results oriented. We employ ongoing evaluation of outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
