At Family Crisis Network, our mission is to eliminate intimate partner/domestic violence in Mercer County through education and intervention; provide services, shelter and assistance to those victims desirous of escaping abusive relationships.
We are here to provide support and advocacy for change.
What Services Do We Offer?
· 24 Hour Crisis Line for victims of domestic violence.
· Temporary SAFE Shelter for victims and children.
· Case Management.
· Assistance with Protection Orders.
· Courtroom Advocacy.
· Educational Materials.
· On-going emotional support.
· Peer Counseling.
· Safety Planning.
· Support Group - Call office for more information.
We can also provide you with an individual appointment to help evaluate your situation and set goals that will support your decisions.

What is Intimate Partner Violence/Domestic Violence? It is a pattern of abusive behavior by one or both partners in an intimate relationship such as marriage, dating, family, friends or co-habitation. This applies regardless of age.
It appears in many forms and both men and women suffer as the abuser and the victim. This includes not only physical aggressions (hitting, kicking, restraining) but sexual, emotional abuse, intimidation, stalking, neglect and economic deprivation.

If You Are a Victim of Abuse
· If violence erupts and you feel you are in danger, call 911.
· Seek medical treatment if abuse is physical as needed at a doctor or hospital.

· Seek counseling for yourself and your children.
· Make plans to get safely from your abuser.
